Room smelled badly of smoke. Duvet too small for bed, No heating in bathroom. Poor shower. Attic room, sloping roofs difficult to avoid

Poor breakfast choice - not representative of their menu, I.e menu indicated 2 x bacon and 2 x sausage but only received 1 x of each. Bar wasnt open .... at all Only had 3 x pillows btw 2 of us
